Hamburg-based Infinite Roots has completed Europe’s largest financing round to date for a mycelium company with a $58 million Series B funding. Formerly known as Mushlabs, Infinite Roots is described as a biotechnology company focusing on mycelium fermentation technology in alternative protein production.
