Over the next decade, the government seeks to harness the potential of biotechnology by not only guiding medical advancements but also encouraging more sustainable fuels and, notably, revolutionizing food production—an area of particular interest. The government is favorably disposed towards advancing the production of cell-cultivated or “lab-grown” meat.
